Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation terms follow standard Moroccan contractual guidelines (Dahir formant Code des obligations et des contrats): Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup for a 100% full refund on any prepaid advance/booking deposit. Late Cancellation (Under 48 hours) / No-Show: Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 day's rental rate. Early Vehicle Return: Per standard Moroccan rental terms, if you return the vehicle earlier than agreed in your rental contract, unused days are non-refundable. Vehicle Condition Refunds: If OVACARS is unable to provide the reserved vehicle or an equivalent upgrade due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive an immediate 100% full refund of any deposit paid.
